Picking Tulips - Romantic Plate

An octagonal romantic plate, decorated with slip-trailed relief details.
The main body is painted green, with four slip-trailed ovals running around the outside of the plate, containing paintings of Hollyhocks. The central painting is of a woman in a black dress collecting Tulips alongside her helpful Whippet.
